We are currently looking for staff for the position of Full Time IT Support, with the following qualifications:

1. Minimum high school diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field.

2. At least 1 year of experience in IT Support is preferred.

3. Able to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and operating systems, such as boot failures or physical damage.

4. Possesses strong analytical skills, honesty, commitment, discipline, loyalty, and integrity.

5. Possesses excellent communication skills.

6. Able to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.

7. Has a solid understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN).

8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

9. Willingness to travel out of town if required.

9. Willing to work in the office (onsite), placement in Denpasar, Bali.
