Tokopedia Closes Gold And Mutual Fund Investment Features, Check The Schedule

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia –The e-commerce platform Tokopedia will deactivate all investment products in its application. The closure will be carried out periodically starting October 28, 2024.

The products in question are Tokopedia Gold and Tokopedia Mutual Funds. According to CNBC Indonesia’s monitoring, when opening the two features, new registrations can no longer be made.

“Investment units for Tokopedia Gold and Tokopedia Mutual Fund users will be transferred to partner platforms,” ​​was written in an official statement received by CNBC Indonesia, Monday (10/21/2024).

In more detail, investment units for Tokopedia Gold users will be transferred to Pegadaian and Pluang. Meanwhile, Tokopedia Mutual Funds will be transferred to Bareksa.

“The transition process will occur gradually until February 2025,” was written in the statement.
